Returns & Refund Policy

At Twoshot Poster, we value your satisfaction. Although all of our products are made to order, we understand that sometimes returns may be necessary. Below is our full returns and refund policy, applicable to customers in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in undamaged condition.

Eligible Returns
We accept returns for:

Products that arrive defective or damaged

Non-defective products, as long as they meet the return requirements

Authorized drop-off point

Please note: We do not accept in-store returns.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee. Returning your order is completely free (excluding return shipping costs).

Exchanges
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will gladly provide an exchange or a full refund.

Return Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, it will be processed within 5 business days.

How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at twoshotscanvas@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged.

Please Note: Since our prints are made to order, we cannot accept returns for items that are sent back after the 14-day window or that show signs of use. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be declined.
